With the firm goal of moving forward in this wonderful country, we lit the stove for the very first time in our backyard. What began as a small project slowly turned into our customers' favorite flavor, earning a special place in their hearts and palates.
Thanks to the incredible support and loyalty of our customers, our backyard became too small. We moved to a larger and more comfortable venue to deliver the quality service everyone deserves, bringing the authentic traditional flavor of our Apatzingán-style carnitas to many more families.
These were years of tireless work. Thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations and social media momentum, our community grew so fast that our workload multiplied. We had to upgrade from 1 to 2 copper kettles to keep up with demand and continue serving everyone with the same passion and quality!
A major milestone! Thanks to unconditional customer support and social media visibility, this year we broke all records. Demand was so huge that we expanded from 2 to 4 copper kettles. We also built an amazing team, hiring dedicated staff to ensure every guest receives our signature top-tier service and taste. A complete blessing!
The dream keeps growing and now moves with us. This year we launched our very first food truck, allowing us to hit the road and bring our authentic, unmatched Apatzingán-style carnitas to every corner of San Diego County. We are closer to you than ever!
